Preregistration
Early Bird Preregistration CLOSED
General preregistration is now open with a $104 deposit. Response to Preregistration has been extremely strong and we have a limited number of places available at the conference so at this time any new preregistrations will be put on a ‘Wait List’.
However, there is normally a significant attrition of attendees during the months prior to the conference so we hope to accommodate as many of you as possible. Reserve your place and order of registration by preregistering for Calligraphy Northwest. When you preregister you will be assigned a registration number, which will determine your priority for class selection and housing assignments.
Should you change your mind about attending Calligraphy Northwest while on the ‘Wait List’ or not be moved from the list, your preregistration deposit will be fully refunded.
Ways to preregister:
- Mail your check and the Preregistration Form.
- Mail your credit card information and Preregistration Form.
- Use PayPal to pay and preregister.

Check or money order must be made payable to Calligraphy Northwest 2012, in US dollars drawn on US banks. There is a 4% discount for checks and money orders. General Preregistration $100.
Refund Policy: $50 of General Preregistrations and $450 of Early Bird
Preregistrations may be refunded upon written request until March 15, 2012. No refund of Preregistration deposits will be given after March 15, 2012.
The current estimated cost for the basic package of room, meals, classes and lectures for the week is $1300.
General Preregistration Process
Before we process the General Preregistrations, we will wait for 10 days to give all mail and other transactions that are postmarked June 1 a chance to arrive in Portland. If there is a large response, we will put them in a box and assign registration numbers in lottery style.
