Registration

Update: we are fully enrolled and only admitting new participants off our wait list. If you wish to be added to the wait list please fill out the preregistration forms and follow the instructions.

It’s all coming together and Registration Packets should arrive in mailboxes the first week of January 2012. You may begin returning your CNW Forms on February 1. Folks on the Wait List will receive packets as they move off wait list. Just a reminder, classes are assigned in the order of your registration number.

Registration Fees

All prices offer a 4% discount after you deduct your previous deposit if paying by check or money order in US Funds

Full-Week On-Campus Resident (June 24-July 1)
Double occupancy dorm room, classes, meals, programs and socials: $1375
Single occupancy dorm room, classes, meals, programs and socials: $1525

Commuter Full-Week
Classes, meals, programs, socials, and free parking on campus: $885

Non-Participant Registered with Participant Full Week (June 24-July 1)
Double occupancy dorm room, meals, programs and socials: $675

CNW Registration Policies

  • Preregistered depositors may send via postal mail their conference and class registration with first, second and third choices for classes postmarked no later than March 1, 2012.
  • Registration and class enrollment will be processed according to registration number.
  • If full payment of conference fees and registration forms are not received by March 15, 2012 you will forfeit your preregistration deposit and be removed from the conference registration list.
  • Registration numbers 1-50 are guaranteed their class choice.
  • Look for notification of your class assignment soon after April 4, 2012.
  • Payments must be in US dollars drawn on US banks or US currency international Money Order, or Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit cards.

Registration Fee Refund Policy

  • Between March 15 and May 1, 2012, fifty percent (50%) of the total conference fee is refundable upon written request. After May 1, 2012, thirty percent (30%) of the total conference fee is refundable. If your place can be filled from the wait list a larger refund may be negotiated.
  • No refunds will be given after June 1, 2012.
